Don’t be shy to let us know how you like to do things. We recognise that everyone is unique…… with different schedules, different goals and different preferences….. so we’re more than happy to tailor our services to suit your needs.
To get started, all we need is a copy of your NDIS Plan and a Signed Service Agreement. If you haven’t uploaded or forwarded us a copy of your finalised and most recent NDIS Plan, can we ask that you send this to our email address email@example.com at your earliest convenience. Thanks a bunch!

As a valued part of the MPA Team, we’d love for you to gain the benefits of using the Careview Advantage mobile app. Careview Advantage is designed to give you real-time visibility of all of your funding that we are managing for you.
The app is super easy to use and ensures you have all of your budget information at your fingertips. You can track your budget and also view/ approve invoices any time.
If we haven’t done so already, we’ll be sending you an email soon to get you started. If you need a helping hand, please don’t be quiet. Give us a holler. We’d be happy to help, and if tech really isn’t your thing we can even schedule a face-to-face meeting to get you started.
By now you would have selected either Standing Approval or Manual Approval for invoice payments.
- To recap, a Standing Approval will allow us to go ahead with processing and payment of all invoices immediately upon receipt and will only reach out to you if there appears to be any issues.
- Whereas, with Manual Approval we will seek your express approval for each invoice prior to processing for payment.
When you work with us, you can choose to be as involved or removed from the process as you like.
To ensure invoices are paid promptly, you can request your service providers to send your invoice directly to us. Here is some important information that you can share with your service providers:

There’s some key information that service providers must include on their invoices. If your providers need some assistance or would like an invoice template, please ask them to reach out to us at email@example.com.
